Our agency has allotments of rooms available for this congress for these dates:

Individual bookings

To make your hotel booking for the congress, please click on the address below: you will be re-directed to Meet and Work’s website where you will enter the hotel booking procedure.

Once the electronic form has been filled out, to complete the procedure press the red button "Save your data and print the form" (which saves your data into our system), print the form, complete it with the payment information (advance full stay payment plus a handling fee of 20.00 euro) – indicate your credit card details and sign to authorise the charge or attach bank transfer receipt -and send it by fax to +39 049 860 2389 to MEET AN WORK.

You will then receive from Meet and Work the voucher confirming your hotel booking.

Group reservations

Companies wishing to make group reservations can contact directly Meet and Work by sending an e-mail to: meet@meetandwork.com

Confirmation and payment

Any enquiries or requests for additional information, changes or cancellations of room reservations are to be made in writing and addressed directly to Meet and Work and not to the hotel.

To make a hotel reservation, advance payment for the whole stay is required, as well as a handling fee of 20,00 euro per room.

Your reservation will be confirmed when Meet and Work has received your accommodation form

-          with your credit card details and authorization for full payment of your reservation + handling fee

-          or with copy of the bank transfer covering your full stay + handling fee

A voucher specifying the name and address of the hotel reserved will be sent after your Hotel Accommodation request has been processed.

Check-in time: from 3.00 pm

Check-out time: by 11.00 am

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the hotel reservation must be communicated in writing.

In case of cancellation until March 15^th 2007, a one-night charge will be made. After this date the whole hotel stay will be charged (no refunds).

If you check out before the set departure date or in case of delayed arrival, all nights reserved will be charged. Handling fees are not refundable.
